Online membership application / renewal form for the Historic Roses Group
To proceed with your online membership application / renewal of the Historic Roses Group (HRG) using Worldpay you will require your payment card details and a private email address. Payment for membership will be charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and converted at current exchange rates should you live outside the United Kingdom.
Please choose one of the membership options by clicking the ‘ apply ‘ button alongside the designated fee for the membership of your choice.
Your browser will then be taken to the “Secure Payment Page” on the Worldpay secure server. There you will be shown your membership choice and asked to select your payment method from the list (logos) shown. Confirm your choice by clicking one of the payment method logos shown. A new page will show your choice of payment method, membership and request that you complete your card and cardholder details. Please ensure you complete ALL fields marked with an asterix * and please provide alternative contact details in the boxes provided. Click the ‘Make payment’ button to complete the transaction.
You will receive a confirmation email from Worldpay with details of the transaction for your records.
We will issue membership details under separate cover. New members will also receive a welcome pack.

Because of Worldpay’s legal requirements, we have been told not to offer ‘five-year membership’ or ‘life membership’, but ‘one-year membership, followed by four years free membership’ and ‘one-year membership, followed by unlimited access’ respectively! The wording is different, but the intention, so far as HRG is concerned, is the same, i.e. those who pay £50 will receive the benefits of membership for a five-year period, and those who pay £200 will receive the benefits of membership for life.

You are entitled to cancel your membership application or renewal with the Historic Roses Group provided you do so within ten days of the application / renewal date.

or email us at email@example.com. Please ensure that you provide us with your full name, address, telephone number, email address, the application/renewal date and reference, membership type and amount paid.
We will refund in full the amount paid for membership application / renewal in Pounds Sterling (GBP) to your credit/debit card via the WorldPay system.
We need your consent to hold the details you are supplying within this site in conjunction with your membership application / renewal. All the data we gather and hold is managed in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). We may use your details to contact you regarding your membership application / renewal or inform you of events, publications and items of interest in the work of the Historic Roses Group. We will not share your data with any other organisations other than WorldPay.
